The Drug Is Football is a 'Zine focusing on soccer, music and lifestyle with a nod to subculture in and around New England. After a few years as a purely online entity TDIF is changing it's focus to an essay and print format.
TDIF Print will be released a few times a year with articles on US Soccer, the New England Revolution, Music reviews with a focus on but not limited to Punk, Ska, and Harcore music, as well as culture and style.
TDIF is excited to be part of the 'Zine revival and to be the first US based soccer zine in this style, taking cues from many great 'zines from Europe and paying homage to the original New England Soccer 'Zine Pictures of Chairman Mao.
Our first issue is going to be released August 10, 2013. Issue 1 features include

- The Original MLS 'Zine - What Pictures of Chairman Mao meant to New England soccer culture.

- Cookies and Riot Punch - Our resident culinary enthusiast gives your recipes for cookies and alcoholic beverages that will make you forget who you are.
