media sources saying that Robbie Keane will be joining the LA Galaxy, if this is the case it is an EPIC...
EPIC FAIL for the Revolution FO. There is no excuse for not trying to make him a Rev and honestly I don't want to even hear it... This was the on and off the field DP this team needed, I doubt he will be much or as big of on off the field draw he would have been here for LA...
FAIL FAIL FAIL.

ReplyDeleteI'm not surprised that a player of Keano's quality ended up elsewhere in the league, but what the fuck - he was, by far and away, THE "right guy" that this inept FO preached about finding.
ReplyDeleteThe transfer window closes on Sunday. If no one else is brought in, Mike Burns immediately needs to go. It's becoming more and more clear that our massive decline since his hiring is not a coincidence. Enough of the "we're trying" BS. No doubt, this pathetic organization is a tough sell on "name" players from abroad, but our player acquisitions have been nothing short of abysmal since Near-Post Burns arrived.
Worse fail - the Revs not getting Keane or Keane's loan at Celtic? Can't believe they paid his wages for half a year just to have him only score on penalties.
